What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering is a simple and secure procedure that allows you to purchase an item in advance of its launch.
When are pre-order items shipped?
Your order will be shipped within the expected timeframe, which you can view at checkout in the product details.
The pre-order amount is charged immediately when you place the pre-order.
Can I cancel a pre-order item purchased?
If you change your mind after placing a pre-order, you can cancel it before shipping by sending an email to customercare@baurdelle.com.
Once your order has been shipped it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Is it possible to customize the products?
To customize products you can write to us at customercare@baurdelle.com describing the desired customization. We will evaluate your request and respond to you on the feasibility within 10 working days. Once you have received approval for the customization you can proceed with the order.
Personalized products cannot be returned or replaced.
How can I clean my skin?
Baurdelle products are made with bovine hides chosen through a careful selection process. Leather can be damaged by common cleaning products or following contact with substances such as oils, make-up, perfumes, creams or hygiene products. In the presence of surface stains, we recommend cleaning with a soft cloth, dampened with water.
Does the skin soften?
Certainly the leather changes its consistency with use and becomes softer.
